A green tick is not proof a feed is alive.
Every one of these seventeen feeds reports success. But the whole refresh last ran on 13 September — eleven days ago at the time of writing. A feed that succeeds and a feed that has not run in a fortnight look identical unless you show the date, which is exactly why this page shows the date.

Not whether it worked — when it last worked. Anything past the dashed line has not run in a fortnight.
Why this is the chart that matters
Every feed reports success, so a status column of green ticks tells you nothing. The useful question is how long ago that success was.
The oldest here is 19 days. For a monthly statistic that is fine; for the auction results, which move weekly, it is not.

What "rows" and "change" tell you
Rows is what the feed holds after it ran. Change is the difference from the run before — so 0 means it ran and found nothing new, which is normal for a monthly statistic and a warning sign for a daily one.
Auction results shows −10 because the feed keeps a rolling window of recent weeks; old weeks drop off as new ones arrive. A negative change there is expected, not a loss.

The reason this page exists at all is that silent failure is the expensive kind. A scraper that dies quietly keeps serving last month's numbers, and every decision made on them is wrong in a way nobody notices.
A real example
The RP Data valuation crawl ran three times a day and reported success for three days while adding nothing at all — a single missing line had broken it the moment it tried to sign in. The task result said "0x0". Only the row count gave it away.
A green tick tells you it worked. Only the date tells you it is current.
